ASG Plastic Factory Co. announces the Board of Directors’ decision to form the Nominations and Remunerations Committee

| Announcement Detail | ASG Plastic Factory Co. announces the Board of Directors’ resolution dated 16-01-1448 AH, corresponding to 01-07-2026 AD, to form the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. The Committee shall carry out its duties in accordance with Articles (58) and (62) of the Corporate Governance Regulations. The committee shall commence its work from the date of approval of the Board of Directors’ aforementioned resolution and continue until the end of the Board of Directors’ current term on 02-12-2027 AD.
The committee was formed as follows, with a brief CV for each member: 1- Mr. Mohammed Waleed Saleh Al-Numay – Committee Chairman (Board Member – Independent) Obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Law from King Saud University and has more than 3 years of experience in compliance. He is certified in GRCP and CCO. He began his professional career as a Compliance Officer at Saudi Financial Company from 2022 to 2023, then worked as an Analyst and Compliance Specialist at Thiqah Law Firm and Legal Consultancies from 2023 to 2025. He is currently serving as Director of Advisory and Monitoring at Najm for Insurance Services since 2025. 2- Mr. Othman Abdullah Othman Al-Othman – Committee Member (Chairman of the Board – Non-executive) He has more than 21 years of experience in security and safety, in addition to experience in human resources management and general management. He began his professional career as a Director of Security and Safety at the Civil Defense from 1995 to 2016. He then worked as Human Resources Manager at ASG Plastic Factory Company from 2016 to 2022, followed by serving as General Manager at the same company until 2023. He is currently the General Manager at ASK Pipes Company since 2024. 3- Ms. Sara Naif Abdulaziz Almadhi – Committee Member (Non-Board Member) Obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Majmaah University and works as a Legal Specialist and certified Notary at ASK Pipes Company. She has experience in drafting contracts, legal research and analysis, and preparing regulations, legal briefs, and notarization work. |
